Lead Early Childhood Educator

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our children and their families.
About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A current Working with Children Check.
