**Job Description:** As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young children. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators, creating engaging educational programs that foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent. A strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is essential. A current Working with Children Check is also required.
