- 2 part-time positions (3 days per week each position)
- 1 position based in Kilkenny (servicing West properties) and on based in Elizabeth Grove (servicing North properties)

**Who are we looking for?**:

We are looking for someone to support tenants, are self-driven and have exceptional organisation and time management skills and are looking to work in a supportive and collaborative team. Inspection Officers are responsible for undertaking regular routine inspections across all housing programs for Believe Housing Australia.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Conduct regular inspections for AnglicareSA properties which are set at 6 months, 3 months or 1 month.
- Complete new property sign-ons, finding and matching tenants, doing leasing sign ups and notices of termination of tenant.
- Complete administrative duties associated with inspections including scheduling inspections, writing letters, scanning documents, completing case notes in client management system.
- Collaborate with Tenancy Officers and Maintenance Officers to identify any issues with properties, or behaviours of concern that they need to be aware of to support tenants.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Experience in property management or social/affordable housing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable skills in negotiation and rapport building.
- High level attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proven friendly and compassionate communication style with a range of stakeholders.
