**About the role**:
Are you a skilled and safety-conscious professional looking for a rewarding role in the construction industry?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Inspector to ensure that our installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Here is your chance to make a difference

This position is offering a permenant, full time opportunity, Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure installations are completed safely, adhering to best practices, guidelines, and industry codes and standards
- Provide guidance and direction to installers to enhance work quality, addressing any workmanship issues promptly
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring our team operates at peak performance levels
- Develop strong relationships with principal installers and builder construction teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Monitor rapid wrap capability and effectiveness, making recommendations for process enhancements
- Identify and implement changes to improve efficiency and overall performance
- Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders, including Customer Service, Building Supervisors, and Customers
- Identify opportunities to enhance knowledge of building standards for yourself and your team
- Ensure all required licenses are up-to-date and provide refresher training as needed for yourself and your team
- Promote a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHSE authorities to maintain a safe working environment

**About You**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license and white card
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to operate independently with a strong emphasis on safety
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to effectively handle conflicts
- Proven capability to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly
- Aptitude for influencing and effectively managing others
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving, working cohesively to address complex issues
- Proficient in establishing team objectives and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Business acumen, including considering financial implications when making decisions

**This role will be ideal if you are**:

- An experienced tradesperson, builder or customer service professional who wants to get away from the tools or office life and drive to various sites to do inspections
- Understands the construction process and can provide accurate status reports on projects
- Looking for flexibility in their work-schedule, is responsible and willing to work autonomously
