**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As the DECJUBA brand continues our exponential growth we are seeking a logistics coordinator to provide support for the Logistics team across returns and inventory tasks. This role will work closely with the Customer Service Team to resolve customer inquiries and the Planning and Distribution teams to ensure inventory accuracy and overall efficiency.

This is a casual ongoing role, the days and hours are flexible, however we imagine the role will average approximately 23 hours a week.

**As a Logistics Coordinator at DECJUBA, you will**:

- Check all returned items to ensure they are fit for re sale
- Process refunds for the customer accurately and within a reasonable timeframe
- Liaise with the Customer Service team as required to resolve issues related to returns received at the warehouse
