Through our Ready for Growth program, we are embarking on an exciting Transformation journey that is focused on ensuring we deliver transport services to the public in a safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective way.

We have **three** exciting, **12-month fixed term** opportunities for experienced commercial leaders to join our team as an **Initiative Owner**. In these roles you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving a new Integrated Planning framework and process across Queensland Rail. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of an outcomes-driven planning framework delivering exceptional customer and shareholder value.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of value driver trees and metrics.
- Can effectively identify and articulate capability requirements to deliver integrated planning.
