**Your role**

To support and further maximise our business opportunities within the Queensland technology market by growing and supporting new and long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for:

- Expanding into new markets where we see a natural fit and alignment
- Manage a portfolio of Key and emerging accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships within the business and our customer base
- Managing a sales budget and KPIs
- Pipeline management and forecasting across your accounts/vertical market
- Satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a prompt and timely manner and aspire to delivering an excellent customer experience
- Establishing key relationships inside our current and future client’s organisation and become trusted
- Work collaboratively across the business’s teams to ensure great outcomes for our customers and the business

**We’re looking for someone with**
- Experience in the AV or Technology markets
- Experience with B2B sales, budgets and pipeline management
- Great banter
- A strong drive for success and development within their career
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A willingness to embrace and help grow the Pro AV culture
- Joie De Vivre
