**About the Role**

With such a huge focus on company culture and team fit, we are looking for a **Sales Consultan**t who wants to build their career with a company that is ready to provide the tools and support you need to succeed to a high level. You will be managing your entire new business development and building customer relationships in person and over the phone to drive sales to our custom residential project homes.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Strong focus on new business development.
- Ensuring all new customers or potential ones are followed up with and nurtured.
- Preparation of sales and KPI reports.
- Manage the CRM database.
- Working with clients to develop specific customer requirements and specifications

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards and guidelines preferred.
- Competent with CRM and all Office software.
- Exposure to residential Custom project builder preferred.
- Ability to create and build client relationships.
