Our New Generation Rollingstock (NGR) project team are currently looking for an experienced Test & Commissioning Manager to join the project, based in the Wulkuraka facility and/ or Milton office.

Reporting to the Project Director, the scope of work will consist of ensuring the compliance of the Test & Commissioning Work Package, QCD (Quality-Cost-Delay) commitments and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) requirements for the scope of the the Automatic train operation (ATO) and the Platform Screen Doors (PSDs).

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Customer acceptance (start of contractual warranty) in respect with contract
- No fatality nor severe accident related to project’s activities
- T&C Work Package QCD (to date + estimated at completion vs budget)
- Saving action plan in the background of the yearly budget
- Project’s solution reference library updates
- Define clear and exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria
- To capture and report non-conformities and ensuring they are properly managed and closed, liaising with engineering, validation, RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety), manufacturing and site Quality.
- Responsible for Serial Testing and Commissioning.

**Qualifications and experience required**:

- Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems
- Industry experience in railways or factory automation
- Proven track record in Test Engineering (T&C Methods)
- Good understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection and instrumentation) is beneficial

**Competencies & Skills**:

- Ability for negotiation, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment.
- Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills
