People Partner Manager

Our People Partner Manager’s utilise developed business knowledge to provide strategic insights to drive business decisions and acts as a strong catalyst for change.
You will play a critical role in building the capability of the senior and mid-level leaders. You are the face of People & Performance team and coach leaders on the best approach to accessing services within the People & Performance Team.
**No day will be the same and your key responsibilities will involve**:
- Embrace collaboration between the functional and property leaders to deliver a consistent, efficient and proactive strategic people agenda together with the business
- Partner closely with the leaders and People & Performance teams to ensure that the People agenda is a priority and that the solutions meet the unique needs of the group or department
- Prioritise and partner in building financially sound recommendations, across all aspects of People and Performance that address both the immediate and the long-term needs
- Understand the root cause of leadership needs and gather insights on behalf of the P&P team to inform the design and roll out of P&P initiatives
- Coach, develop and empower leaders to perform as leaders. In addition to educating leaders particularly on People operating model

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Proven work experience in a Human Resource Business Partner role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development
- Strong relationship, coaching, influencing and communication skills
