Newly created Client Services Coordinator opportunity within national law firm

**THE FIRM**
This national law firm pride themselves on taking a modern approach to law and are open to (respectfully) challenging stereotypes of the past. They believe that just because things have always been done a particular way in the legal profession does not mean that the old way is the best.
This practice is rapidly growing nationally and in Melbourne, are based in the heart of the CBD with approximately 30 employees.
**THE ROLE**
This Client Services Coordinator position is a newly created role within their marketing team.
In this position, your duties will likely include (but not be limited to):
- Receive, respond and input data for all initial enquiries and general upkeep of CRM records - Proactively promote and cross-refer clients between practice groups within the firm.
- Supporting Marketing Manager in developing and updating marketing content.
- Develop and implement a client care program that promotes client relationship management best practice.
- Developing an understanding of client priorities and communicating this internally.
- Capture client feedback and reviews and liaise directly with client contacts.
**YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in front line management of multiple prospective and established clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build ongoing, trusting relationships.
- Ability to create a good first impression, communicate with confidence, and comfortably deal with clients and colleagues professionally and strategically.
- Ability to make clients and their needs a primary focus; initiate, build and sustain productive client relationships resulting in quality service and high client satisfaction.
