**The Opportunity**:
This 12 month contract will see you reporting to the Director, HR Operations, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management framework, supporting organisational change management planning and implementation for necessary projects.

You will build effective relationships and work closely with senior stakeholders to assist them with change management aspects of initiatives they progress to support the departments Strategy 2030.

You will enjoy a role where you can uses your adaptability and confidence to deal with ambiguity, and continually changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.

**The Role**:
As the EL1 Change Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a scalable and effective change management framework for the department, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Working closely with colleagues in the Corporate Division to draft communications artefacts to support implementation of the change framework
- Define training needs and establish a plan to build competency in change management across the department
- Assisting project managers undertaking relevant change assessments to ensure that all project sponsors and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the impact of changes brought about by their project
- Assisting project teams develop and implement of change plans, including communications and transition plans, with project stakeholders, line managers, staff, change leaders and others
- Providing support to project team(s) to ensure all change activities are completed within set timeframes, and progress monitoring is maintained through status reporting via appropriate governance mechanisms
- Mentor the broader HR team to increase their change management capability in line with current best practice

**The Ideal Person**:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated understanding of the challenges and methodologies to ensure change management can be effectively delivered in an organisation.

You will have a high level of analytical and influencing skills to appeal to the interests of different teams and business units to deliver the change management messaging along with excellent written and oral communications skills to effectively communicate and influence staff at all levels.

Change Management training/accreditation (e.g. PROSCI) and demonstrated ability to provide high-level change management leadership at all levels of an organisation is required for this position.

**Salary / Rate**:

- $75/hr - $85/hr + Super
- 12 Month contract
