**The role**

Join our rapidly growing business as a National Support Team Leader. This newly created role is a result of a restructure within our administrative services. We are looking for a dependable and highly organised individual to lead and train our national team of operations assistants.

Reporting directly into the Head of Support Services, you will play a pivotal role in setting up KPIs, SLAs, and writing processes and procedures. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our team’s capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach and train 10 to 15 team members
- Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders
- Create and document processes and procedures
- Allocate work to team members
- Ensure the team meets defined KPIs and SLAs
- Act as an escalation point for complex requests
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes
- Assist in team member recruitment
- Provide administrative support during busy periods
- Support the Head of Support Services with adhoc requests

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in Support Services or Operations, preferably within a legal or professional services environment, but not essential
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Self-motivated and driven, with a commitment to excellence
- Proficient problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player
- Australian Citizen or permanent resident
