Strategic Human Resources Leader for Colliers National Team

Colliers People & Performance team is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our national team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing the people strategy and objectives for a dedicated portfolio.
About the Role:
This position will involve providing trusted advice and guidance on HR-related issues as a genuine partner to the business leaders. You will build effective relationships with service line leaders within your portfolio, manage employee relations matters, develop and communicate HR policy and procedure changes, and oversee cyclical activities such as promotions, salary reviews, engagement surveys, and talent management projects.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to business leaders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service line leaders within your portfolio.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Design and implement projects to drive engagement and retention efforts within the business.
• Collaborate with business leaders and people managers to elevate employee experience through engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager in a large-scale organization.
• A track record of success in managing complex ER issues and developing effective solutions.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field preferred.
• Sound generalist HR operational experience, including management of ER issues and project management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
• A keen interest in Employee Relations and Engagement strategy.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and generous paid time off.
