Admin-Roster Assistant | 4-6 Week Temporary Role | Not-For-Profit/Health Sector | Bankstown Region
**Your new company**
This Not-For-Profit organisation is looking to hire an Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, with potential view for extension. This organisation operates within the Health sector, more specifically Aged Care, and is well-known for their impact within their respective community.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the duties of the role include:
- Assisting the Facility Manager in the preparation and maintenance of Master Rosters and compliance with workforce budgets
- Allocating and assigning staff to shifts ensuring that industrial agreement, employment contracts, visa restrictions etc. are taken into consideration.
- Assisting with payroll duties such as approving leave and ensuring it’s on the system
- Collating documents and passing onto HR for all onboarding
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful for this role, you will have:
- Previous Administration experience within a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with roster management, roster planning or scheduling
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to pick up new systems readily
- Ready-to-go attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
