**The Role**:
As part of Council's Senior Leadership Team, your portfolio includes areas of; Community Services, Libraries and Musem and Customer Services and Applications.

With guidance from the Community Stategic Plan, you will promote community and cultural projects, activities and services to benefit and our local community facilities and activation of open spaces including our libraries and museum.

Advocate for, collaborate and engage for key cultural and diverse communities as well as wellbeing and community safety programs.

The role will also oversee policy, compliance and budget items across the group.

**The Person**:
You will have the passion and flair to coordinate activities and programs that inspire and encourage community participation.

Embrace opportunities for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including community groups.

Demonstrated contemporary experience in leading the strategic and operational delivery of optimal customer service operation in a large organisation.

Demonstrated time management and performance skills to achieve outcomes within a demanding and diverse organisation.

Excellence in leadership and people management will be pivotal to continue to foster a progressive and vibrant culture.
