Are you a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for driving category and trade marketing success? We're on the lookout for an experienced Category & Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in North Sydney on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative category and brand growth strategies, elevating our position in the market and fostering strong partnerships with key retail players.

Key Responsibilities

Category Growth Strategy Development:
- Establish an insight-driven category strategy with prioritized, actionable initiatives for stakeholder value.- Develop category growth drivers, including optimal range, planogram principles, activation guidelines, and pricing strategies.- Lead customer engagement for in-store execution and support Annual Brand Planning.

Win Category Reviews:
- Plan and execute range reviews, ensuring ongoing process evolution.- Deliver compelling category and trade stories to influence customer alignment.- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Trade Marketing for tailored execution plans.

Build Customer Partnerships:
- Position as a category thought leader and preferred partner.- Collaborate on Joint Business Plans with top Grocery and Pharmacy customers.- Drive continuous improvement in customer delivery through tools like Virtual Reality.- Advocate for customer needs within Galderma's internal strategies.

Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business or related field- Proficient in the use of IRI/Aztec and IQVIA databases- 5+ years Category, Sales and/or Shopper experience - preferably in FMCG or Health and Beauty industry. Pharmacy experience is highly regarded.- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
