**About the Role**:
Our client is a high-profile reseach and learning University embarking on a multi-year ERP Replacement Program aimed at driving performance improvement through process standardization, data unification, and cutting-edge technology modernization. As a core aspect of this program, they are implementing the Workday platform, a SaaS-based ERP solution.

**Role Overview**:
In this role, you'll be an integral part of the ERP Project Team, specifically working within the HCM Stream. You'll collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional analytical skills to gather requirements and transform them into functional solutions. Your knack for aligning reports with business objectives and key performance indicators will contribute significantly to the successful implementation of Workday HCM.

You must have
**HR domain experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with HR stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into functional requirements.
- Analyze financial data sources, models, and reporting requirements, proposing effective solutions.
- Design and develop accurate, visually appealing HR reports using Workday reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Validate and quality-check HR reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor and enhance existing reports, optimizing data accessibility and efficiency.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align reporting efforts with project objectives and timelines.
- Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience and education/training.
- Profound knowledge of HR processes, principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in data validation and quality assurance for financial data, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Influencing skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Workday certification(s) in HCM and/or relevant functional areas is a plus.

**Working arrangements**:

- Hybrid - Full time. 2 or 3 days from home - rest on site.
