**_ About the Role_**

As an APS5 Level Internal Review Officer, you will contribute to ensuring fair and effective processes for handling reviews and complaints within the organization. Collaborating closely with participants, their representatives, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for gathering essential information, providing well-informed decisions, and guiding individuals through the appeals process. Your role will involve making evidence-based decisions aligned with relevant regulations, managing caseloads efficiently, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery practices.

- You have experience in a similar role or related field, demonstrating your understanding of review and complaint handling processes.
- Your strong analytical skills enable you to make well-reasoned decisions based on evidence and relevant guidelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are second nature to you, allowing you to interact with participants and stakeholders with ease.
- You're adaptable, embracing change and adjusting effectively to new approaches in a dynamic work environment.
- Building customer loyalty comes naturally to you; you strive to exceed expectations while cultivating trusting relationships.
- You're adept at managing your work, efficiently allocating resources and time to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

- Collaborate with participants and their representatives to gather pertinent information for review requests.
- Provide clear explanations of decisions, reviews, and the appeals process to stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage caseloads to ensure internal reviews are completed within specified timeframes.
- Actively contribute to quality improvement activities aimed at enhancing service delivery practices.
