**About the Opportunity**

As Procurement Operations Analyst, you will be accountable for undertaking a range of analytical and support activities within the procurement team including supplier onboarding and master data management, conducting supplier due diligence and supporting other supplier/supply chain risk management activities and undertaking financial analysis for procurement activities across RACV. The Procurement Operations Analyst will also support procurement governance & continuous improvement initiatives, as well as source-to-contract system administration.

You will be responsible for;
- Managing and collating information from a range of internal and external business intelligence data sources to support the provision of management and internal reporting information for the Procurement team.
- Conducting spend analytics for RACV’s entire and category specific supply spend to support activities conducted by Procurement and the business.
- Reviewing procurement governance, policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance and fit for purpose with meeting business needs
- Implementing policy updates, governance, compliance and continuous improvement activities for procurement along with managing system (Jaggaer, etc.) administration activities
- Supporting the broader Property & Procurement function with departmental analysis, business support and continuous improvement activities as required

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Economics (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint skills from gathering raw data to transforming them into actionable insights and presentation for decision-making purposes.
- Knowledge of general supply-chain risks trends and considerations
- Experience with Source-to-Contract solutions such as Jaggaer, Zycus, Ariba (desirable)
- Proven skills and experience in developing and managing complex datasets.
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Factual, data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication and networking skills
