**_Smart Energy_** is committed to bringing affordable energy solutions to homeowners all across Australia. Since establishment in 2016, Smart Energy has grown to become one of the largest residential solar retailers in Australia. In just over 6 years, we have grown from one pallet of solar panels and a warehouse to:
- 11 sales offices across Australia
- 300+ dedicated employees, contractors and specialists
- 100-150 solar and battery installations every week
Our continued growth and ongoing success is, for the most part, attributed to the strong working relationships we have worked so hard to build and nurture, not only with our fabulous solar and battery customers but also with our legendary contracted installation partners all over Australia.
We are currently averaging 120 installations per week across 11 sales offices with plans to open another 10 sales offices nationwide in 2023. We are seeking an Installer Recruiter/Administrator to assess and engage installers on a national basis. This position is offered on a part-time basis, based out of our Byron Bay head office.
**Every day, you’ll be**:
- Onboard new accredited installers across Australia
- Negotiate with installers to drive efficiency, better quality outcomes and improved margin
- Preempt and plug gaps in our geographic coverage
- Effectively resolve QA and compliance issues, solar rebate questions and invoice variances
**About You**:
- Used to getting your own way
- Both charming and ruthless - sometimes in the same call
- Driven, resilient, smart and quick witted
- Experienced with account or relationship management
- Able to demonstrate that you can save money and get the best deal for an organisation
- Detail oriented
- Possess strong negotiation skills
**Bonus points**:
- Sales or administration experience (Desirable)
