**The Role**:
This business focuses on helping its customers get the best life insurance products, including TPD, Trauma and Income Protection. You’ll be talking to lots of people about their protection needs and the options available to them. You can expect to:
- follow up on leads provided by the business
- engage and build rapport, explaining the benefits and agreeing to the next steps
- research the available insurance options and find the best solution
- present your results and get commitment from your customers
The business wants to see you be successful so you can expect them to support you in any way they can.
**About You**:
You are driven by success, you don’t worry much about company targets as your own targets are higher anyway. You understand how success is achieved, you know your numbers, pipeline and funnels. You are genuinely interested in people and love having a conversation. You are eager to pick up the phone. You can handle objections and can easily move on to the next opportunity when it doesn’t work out.
Our client is interested in meeting you if you’re able to show:
- experience as an insurance broker or with other financial products
- excellent sales results in previous roles
- drive and motivation to succeed
- communication skills
Advantageous, but not essential:
- knowledge of life insurance products
- RG146
**The Nitty Gritty**:
- Salary indication: $100k plus super + uncapped incentives
- Location: Sydney CBD with hybrid WFH
- Career growth opportunities
