We're seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Insurance Sales Consultants in Sydney. With a permanent, full-time or part-time position available, you'll have the opportunity to work with a leading insurance group and make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

  • As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, focusing on converting inquiries into sales and retention outcomes.
  • You will work in a high-energy environment, handling challenging customer conversations and evolving with the business's changing needs.

About You

  • Previous customer experience, such as sales, hospitality, or retail, is essential for this role.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and self-motivate will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.
  • Solutions-focused thinking, with the ability to critically analyze situations, is also crucial.
  • Basic computer skills, including troubleshooting technical issues, are necessary.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
