**Your Responsibilities**- Develop, review and maintain a comprehensive Compliance Framework for the business.
- Gather relevant information to develop data analytics to support the Compliance Framework for reporting purposes.
- Measure compliance effectiveness against the Compliance Framework; design, produce and maintain all required reporting and compliance breaches.
- Keep updated with all regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring the business remains compliant at all times.
- Conduct risk assessments and participate in audits to identify compliance gaps and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and systems.
- Provide advice on compliance issues and give guidance and training to staff to update their knowledge on compliance matters.
- Ensure our systems, databases and IT are protected and support our business requirements.

**To be successful in this position you must have**:
Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Project coordinator or

similar role,
- Tech savvy, especially with MS Office and/or Google Suites, CRM and Quality

Management Systems,
- Familiarity with stocktake and inventory management,
- Ability to weigh and manage priorities,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially synthesis and analysis.
- Good common sense and open minded.
