About the Role

As a Compliance Manager, you'll partner closely with our executive team and leaders in the business to develop, implement, and manage compliance programs related to lending operations. You'll work closely with all departments to ensure adherence to monitor compliance and ensure that all Australian Credit Licenses are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance frameworks, including governance, policy, procedures, and controls
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of our distribution arrangements, including broking and referral channels
  • Act as the AML/CTF Officer
  • Provide compliance reporting to the senior leadership team
  • Prepare appropriate reporting to regulators, including ASIC and AFCA
Requirements
  • Experience working in financial services with related experience in a compliance, legal, risk, or operations environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with engaging communication style
  • Solutions-focused, engaging, and consultative team player
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with a breadth and depth of responsibilities beyond a typical compliance role
