We are looking for a dynamic and experienced FFE Lead to join our team at MDHS As the Project’s Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FFE) Lead, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the organisation’s operating and capital equipment requirements in line with clinical demand and the hospital’s new $100 million redevelopment project requirements

**Projects Furniture, fittings & Equipment (FFE) Lead**

**Fixed Term - Part Time - 64 hours per fortnight - June 2023 - June 2025**

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**

Essential
- Tertiary qualification in procurement, business, construction or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years in healthcare industry

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills
- Extensive recent experience leading FF&E coordination for a major project in a complex and stakeholder centric environment.
- High level knowledge of the statutory and clinical safety requirements in relation to FFE in acute admitted/non-admitted healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and foster good relations, obtain feedback and ensure on-going co-operation.
- Highly developed project management skills, including the ability to create a project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage, coordinate and prioritise tasks.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot methodically and escalate incidents when appropriate to meet business objectives.

- Experience in the procurement of healthcare resources, stock & medical equipment
