Front Office Assistant

We are looking for a front office assistant to join our dynamic team.

We will also consider an office junior.

As a Front Office Assistant you will:

- Engage with clients to offer assistance and up/cross-sell products and services
- Support the resolution of clients queries
- Prepare orders and issuing invoices
- Have passion for customer service
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have interpersonal and time management skills
- Possess strong attention to details
- Have high standard of personal presentation

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- Ability to engage with clients and provide an exceptional service experience
- Ability to develop a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
- A vibrant, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
- Basic knowledge of SAP or a similar accounting software (preferred)

**Job Types**: Casual approx 38 hours / week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour
