**YOUR ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Principal to join our Strategic Enablement team. You’ll manage the development and implementation of strategy for the Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) division at IAG.

Reporting into the Strategy Executive Manager, you will help define and articulate the vision for IIA by leveraging experience gained in consulting or an in-house strategy role. You will support our leaders and people by deploying your strategy toolkit and frameworks, facilitating discussions and synthesising input from corporate strategy, finance, and business stakeholders to drive the team and its leaders in making the right strategic choices.

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic thinker, who has excellent influencing and problem-solving skills. You will also have experience leading projects collaboratively across multiple business units.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have a background in strategy consulting, in-house strategy and/or large organisation with a customer led mindset (financial services preferred but not essential).
- You’re a lateral thinker with the ability to deliver original solutions to complex problems.
- You’ll have a strong financial acumen and strategic analysis skills.
- Experience leading projects collaboratively across multiple business units.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate sessions and to challenge ideas constructively (essential).
- Ability to visualise and present conceptual ideas and quantitative analysis to senior leaders and key stakeholders using PowerPoint/Google slides.
