**The opportunity**:

Health Centres will give customers (regardless of whether they are already Bupa customers) access to GPs, allied health and pathology in one location, customised spaces to help them feel at ease, and integrated technology to create a seamless experience.

The Commercial Analyst - Health Centres plays a crucial role in supporting the Finance Manager to optimise the commercial outcomes of the Bupa Health Centres business. This involves providing financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to drive key commercial decisions.
**How will I help?**
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to analyse and influence commercial decisions, ensuring alignment with financial performance goals.
- Contribute actively to key leadership committees, providing valuable insights to enhance financial strategies.
- Generate timely and insightful financial reports, analyses, and benchmarks, addressing performance against business cases.
- Identify and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining resources for sustainable business growth.
- Provide strategic insights based on market trends and macro-economic factors to enhance business performance.
- Develop and deliver customer-centric business intelligence across all organisational levels.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to define commercial and financial objectives.
- Manage monthly reporting processes, ensuring accurate representation of business performance.
- Report progress against objectives to promote transparency and facilitate contingency planning.

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce is essential.
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualification desirable
- Audit experience/background preferred
- Strong commercial & technical acumen (Commercial Modelling)
- Strong analytical skills (Advanced Excel)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience within Health Services industry is desirable
