**About the role**
We have an opportunity to join a supportive team as a Scheduling Supervisor at our head office in West Perth for a permanent full-time position.
**About you**
You are someone who loves managing the flow of people and operations. You will also have:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field is required.
- A Diploma in Human Resources of Business Administration is highly desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of service provision, allocation, and compliance with contractual obligations to ensure quality service.
- Prior experience in service planning and rostering is required.
- Experience in aged care, health or community care would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills.
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Performance and delivery focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrates an understanding with MercyCare’s policy and procedures in identifying and reporting of any risk and/or compliance related issues, hazards, concerns, or incidents (including near misses).
- Experience in managing a team of schedulers including management of performance.
- Demonstrates an understanding of your own safety and that of others in the workplace.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence desirable but not essential.
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
