**About the Opportunity**
With our continual expansion, an exciting opportunity is available to join our business within our growing sales & marketing team, for an experienced team leader.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks. These include but are not limited to:
- Team management - ensuring campaign KPI’s are met and delivered
- Launching, promoting and Monitoring campaigns to ensure client expectations are met.
- Undertaking internal audits as per compliance
- Finding training gaps and training agents for better performance
- Preparing and analyzing reports for implementing strategies.
- Rostering agents to for resource management.
- Managing and resolving both internal and external escalation issues
- Managing and measuring calls and selling service standards to customers
- Managing blogs and social media communication
- Drafting and updating customer tutorials
**About you**
- You have 1-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing role
- Degree in Marketing, Business or other related field
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- You will have a growth mindset and enjoy a challenge.
- Ability to achieve target and KPIs

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
