As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful operation of each Cachet Group Studio, championing employee engagement People and Culture activities across the group.
The Business Support Coordinator has two key areas of responsibility, people and culture support, including talent acquisition coordination, employee onboarding and offboarding. engagement and experience. And business support, including facilities, procurement and inventory management, event coordination as well as reception and client experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
As the Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Captain the Health and Wellbeing calendar and committee
- Champion employee engagement and People and Culture activities across the group
- Ensure the best attraction, selection, preboarding and onboarding experience
- Provide support to Hiring managers
- Ensuring the successful operation of each of the Cachet Group Studios
- The coordination and organisation, attendance management and set up of internal and external events
- Executive duties for the MD as required
**Experience**
To be successful in this role you will have.
- 5+ years’ experience in similar role
- Ability for multi-task and work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to project demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem solving with high initiative
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and behave professionally
- Excellent level of administration management capability
- High speed of trust, diplomacy and commercial judgement
