**About the Role**

We are looking for experienced **Technical Support Officers **to join our vibrant team and support our two centrally located Melbourne venues. These are casual roles with shifts offered during business hours, with weekend and evening work also available.

This is a hands-on client facing role, giving you the opportunity to assist in delivering various aspects of corporate events. On a day-to-day basis, you will support all technical components of each event and assist with general day to day venue support.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning and executing the technical and non-technical aspects of room setups and virtual events, supporting the Venue Technical Lead with the daily operation of the venues and assisting clients and instructors with their requests during their events to ensure a remarkable experience is brought to life.

**About you**

In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Experience working with Windows operating systems
- A basic understanding of audio-visual fundamentals and technologies
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service focus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Calmness under pressure, and able to make intelligent and effective decisions.
- Ability to work unsupervised as part of an overall teach to achieve the end goals
- Be physically fit and able to perform corporate event room setups
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exemption
