WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a MPO Manager - NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce), you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver the strategy and business goals of our NDDC Marketplace Unit (MPU), ensuring a premium consumer experience, maximizing service levels and optimizing supply chain, inventory and orderbook productivity.

With a consumer mindset and strong interpersonal skills, you will connect teams, processes and capabilities to enable our future growth, in service of shaping and optimising our orderbook demand for Nike and our consumer.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will lead and manage the Marketplace Operations (MPO) NDDC team driven by the NDDC strategy. Focusing on overseeing the day-to-day operational team and driving the partnership between Marketplace Supply Chain and the NDDC MPU. You will be the decision maker and facilitator for connecting Supply Chain with the NDDC Business strategy.

You will also ensure supply chain performance is constantly monitored via specific metrics against the agreed service level agreements and drive actions to improve accordingly, manage optimization of complete end-to-end supply chain processes for digital; focusing operations and leading action by identifying needs, gaps and opportunities across the supply chain and support online-to-offline (O2O) capability integration & implementation for NDDC: StS, ship from store, etc.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will lead an NDDC MPO team and be part of the MPO leadership team. In addition, you will develop and maintain close collaboration with key partners across the Nike matrix - NDDC+ Core Team, Marketplace Planners, MPU Leads, Inventory Operations, Finance and Integrated Fulfillment Planning.

You will be a key member of the APLA GEO Omnichannel MPO team and partner with the team to co-develop and deploy supply chain capabilities and services to operationalize our direct-to-consumer strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree, or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Partner Management and Process Improvement.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, team leadership, process improvement, analytical problem solving, leadership level communication.
- Experience leading Performance Management and fulfillment metrics with actionable insights
- Demonstrated success influencing others, leading change and achieving business results through storytelling, both written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building and leading effective high-performance teams, influencing others and communicating effectively cross functionally and for all levels of the organization
- Ability to build strong relationships and create trust among those with diverse personal styles.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of retail value chains, direct-to-consumer fulfillment and planning processes, inventory and supply prioritization, and supply chain operations
