Working as part of our fast-paced and constantly evolving HR Services team, you’ll provide high-quality administration support and customer service across the organisation._

**Where you come in**:
In this full-time permanent position, based in our head office in Carlton, you’ll join an enthusiastic and engaged team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services to the organisation. You’ll add value to Save the Children across a number of HR activities, and your confident approach and ability to think laterally will see you engage effectively and build trust with various stakeholders. You’ll be part of our HR Services team and report to our Head of HR Operations.
- You will make an impact by: _
- Entering and processing compliance checks and maintaining compliance records
- Providing our people managers and employees with great customer support on basic HR queries
- Preparing and distributing paperwork for internal role changes, including employment contracts
- Completing HR tasks for employee workflows (e.g. employee changes, offboarding processes)
- Providing support to employees and people managers on our HR systems and processes
- Providing managers accurate and meaningful employee reporting

- Experience using and maintaining database systems
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer services skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of attention to detail and quality
