Reporting to the HR Manager, as an **HR Administrator** you will ensure that all company personnel records are maintained. Utilise your relationship management skills by developing and maintaining strong relationships within the wider company.

Compose Job descriptions and play a major role in the hiring process. Including scheduling and partaking in the interview process.

**Duties**:

- Job Advertisement
- Co-ordinating interviews (booking appointments)
- Interview attendance and notetaking
- Preparing template contracts
- Record keeping for personnel records

**Skills & experience**:

- Previous experience in an HR or Recruitment position
- A team player
- High attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
