**The Company**:
Globe 24-7 in partnership with their client, an international Asset Management and Engineering company, is looking for a well-rounded Mechanically minded individual to join their team. The purpose of this role is to share your strong mechanical knowledge capabilities to assist in the complete review of the Heavy Mobile Plant Fleet and procurement of all assets.
This is a great opportunity to move from a site-based role to a Perth based opportunity.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Complete safety review of heavy-duty mobile mining fleet in line with industry standards
- Present a thorough report to the Operations manager
- Have the safety team, engineering team and GM, sign off on the review and procurement plan
- Assist with capital budget request
- Work with the procurement team to source new mobile assets
**Role Requirements**:
- Utilise your hands-on experience and exposure to allow you to make well informed decisions in line with industry standards
- A strong background in both UG and OP mining machinery
- Very good understanding of SAP
- Proven ability to deliver results and act as a change agent
- Extensive experience in the mining industry with significant experience in heavy mobile plant
- High level of familiarity with relevant industry standards
- Self-directed with a strong ability to work autonomously
