**About the**
The Children’s University program currently focuses on school students aged 7-18 years, with the aim of raising their aspirations and encouraging a love of learning. By partnering with schools and working with learning destinations in the community, Children’s University Swinburne provides a broad selection of engaging learning experiences that profile a range of learning pathways and careers. The program recognises the school student’s learning achievements through the award of formal certificates at annual graduation celebrations.

The Manager, Children’s University leads the program objectives for Children’s University Swinburne, leading the program strategy, managing key stakeholders, securing funding and providing support and guidance across the program. The Manager, Children’s University is responsible for developing and leading the growth strategy of the program, building the profile of the program both internally and externally and ensuring that program milestones are reached. They are also responsible for program evaluation, reporting and budget.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Extensive experience in developing and delivering school engagement programs, equity programs and/or working in schools.
- Experience developing and leading program strategy in order to achieve key outcomes and/or milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage staff.
- Demonstrated experience in grant writing and securing funding.
- Extensive experience in program evaluation and reporting for high level stakeholders and/or to attract funding.

**Qualifications**
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or ? extensive experience and management expertise; or ? an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
