This role will contribute to the achievement of our strategic and operational objectives for the Corporate Affairs function.
**The Role**
This Manager level role is accountable for supporting initiatives to ensure a unified corporate narrative is articulated and leveraged across earned channels, as well as working closely with colleagues to ensure representation in our owned and paid channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Affairs and Corporate Reputation**
- Support Insignia Financial to achieve a higher level of communication coordination, integration and foresight across all media platforms.
- Develop authentic, agenda setting storytelling, highlighting our actions in relation to key reputation drivers.
- Drive narratives that support Insignia Financial’s strategy, purpose and principles and are compelling to key stakeholders.
- Deliver on engagement strategies to build advocacy and enhance Insignia Financial’s reputation, ensuring the organisation is positively positioned with media and key stakeholders.
- Support efforts to ensure a deliberate and coordinated external profile of Insignia Financial is managed across all channels and brands
- Ensure strong alignment between Insignia Financial’s external assets and its internal culture and principles.
**Internal communications**
- Provide oversight and consistency of the corporate narrative in communications to internal stakeholders.
- Support the organisation to always be aware of what’s happening externally to aid business decision making and inform internal communications.
- Aid the development and delivery of corporate messaging to internal stakeholders and frontline teams through relevant and varied channels.
**ESG**
- Support the delivery of Insignia Financial’s narrative for internal and external stakeholders to articulate its ESG priorities.
- Consider plans and approaches in the context of our climate related risks - given the impact on all economies, asset classes and industries, as well as societies and the physical environment. Help execute on the delivery of our ESG narrative working closely with key business partners.
**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess**:
- Experience in Corporate Affairs and Communications roles.
- Successfully performed manager role for a business with significant complexity and achieved high performance results.
- Relevant communications, marketing or business graduate/post graduate qualifications.
- Financial services experience
