Intelliports is a program of work implementing four technology systems into our organisation which will further integrate our three ports across a variety of functions.

**The Role**
This position is a dynamic and adaptable role in the change space. We are looking for a change lead who has a keen understanding and experience in change initiatives and projects in the digital transformation space. The position will lead a program of change and work hand in hand with the business leaders to build a new people capability model catalysed by technology system implementations. We are looking for an individual who understands that the progression of change must include not only implementing the technology but people and process too.

Key areas this role will be responsible for
- Developing and implementing change plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
- People capability gap analysis to build new skills models for our functions and ports to ensure that system implementation is adopted and endorsed by process owners.
- Identify and review change readiness and change impacts across Southern Ports to ensure productivity impacts on the business are minimised and change risks are mitigated.
- Design change management strategies and approaches to support the successful implementation of change on individual IntelliPorts projects for Southern Ports.
- Design and implement communications strategy for supporting implementation of change to advise Southern Ports employees on actions or tools required for implementation.
- Manage and support communications related activities on individual IntelliPorts projects in line with Southern Ports Objectives.

This full time 12-month fixed term position will appeal to a suitably qualified person with experience in supporting a digital transformation team and will require innovative thinking and a calm, focused approach.

- Strong analysis and reconciliation skills
- Current WA C Class Driver’s Licence

**Requirements**:
To be eligible for this 12-month fixed term full time role, applicants must provide proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency. The successful applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Maritime Security Identification Card and undergo a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol testing.
