**Full Job Description**

Our client is a leading property and construction consultancy firm seeking a full time Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team. You will work with top Executives and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all administration tasks with one on one support to the Group Director. You will have strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

**About the role**:

- Assist with diary management
- Assisting with the preparation of board reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Event management and organisation
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Filing and record keeping
- Document collation and coordination including board papers, presentations, minutes etc.

**About you**:

- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS office suite and relevant systems
- Ability to multitask
- Positive and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised with an ability to work accurately & efficiently
- Must have full working rights
