Payroll Officer - Adelaide CBD - Full Time Or Part Time
Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist looking to take your career to the next level?

The Role:


As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of payroll for our team of legal professionals.

You will collaborate closely with our HR team and finance department to maintain seamless payroll operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer payroll for the company employees, including salary, overtime, leaves, and bonuses.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Handle payrollrelated queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and finance departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR when onboarding new employees and ensure payroll details are set up accurately.
  • Maintain employee records and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work with the finance team to reconcile payroll data with accounting records.
  • Assist with payrollrelated projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role within a legal or corporate environment.
  • Must be able to send and process payroll in full
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in payroll management will be considered a plus.


This position is available on a full time or part time basis - the role does require 5 days in the office, although hours are flexible.
