**The Opportunity**:
This role will allow you to utilise your recently acquired training and grow and develop your WHSE experience in a real-world environment. You will support the Group SHEQ Manager and HSE Advisors to ensure effective implementation of the Group Health, Safety and Environment systems at both a Group level and Divisional levels.

You will be supporting the Group SHEQ Manager in completing key strategic projects, assisting with matters relating to site HSE obligations and playing an active role in helping CR employees with suitable return to work duties.

To be successful in the role, you will have the ability to clearly communicate in both formal and informal forums with the objective to enhance the understanding and awareness of HSE in the workplace.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Development & issue of monthly safety themes
- Co-ordination of HSE Leaders meeting including meeting and agenda organization
- Development and delivery of in-house HSE based training.
- Provide accurate and timely advice to managers and HSE delegates on prevailing HSE issues.
- Direct communications between injured employees, their management, and medical providers to ensure that all parties are aware of rights, responsibilities, and rehabilitation plans.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- ** Diploma or Degree in WHS / OHS (or equivalent)**:

- Cert IV Trainer and Assessor
- Internal Auditor Training
- Incident Investigation
- Risk Management
- Ability to write reports, procedures, and instructions.
- Proficient at using and generating documents with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
