With extensive knowledge and experience of tours, we are looking for a sales & contracting expert that will passionately and energetically negotiate and maintain new tour partnerships across the luxury travel segment.
You'll be creative, passionate, skilled in sales, commercial negotiation, and will be responsible for the creation of a sustainable client base, building solid long-term relationships through the highlighting of the unique value proposition which Luxury Escapes can provide to customers and suppliers alike.
Central to this position will be generating a pipeline of revenue through the creation and implementation of ‘Created by LE’ Tour itineraries, along with partnering with external Third-Party tour providers to offer tours for Luxury Escapes members.
**You will be responsible for**:
- The creation, implementation and delivery of itineraries across multiple destinations, ensuring a focus on providing exceptional experiences to Luxury Escapes members, and increase revenue growth for Luxury Escapes.
- Contracting tours with the requisite diversity across luxury and mid-level for Luxury Escapes along with tours suitable for the company's lifestyle brands.
- Work closely with the Head of Tours to ensure the overall product offering delivers comprehensive coverage of departures for the current and following calendar year.
- Identify areas of growth and gaps in the market for both LE created and Third-Party product.
- Establish new partner relationships as well as grow existing partnerships to fulfill identified opportunities as well as uncover new opportunities to expand market reach.
- Responsible for the creation, implementation and delivery of itineraries across multiple destinations, ensuring a focus on providing exceptional experiences to Luxury Escapes members, and increase revenue growth for Luxury Escapes.
- Proactively building new DMC relationships for both LE Created and Third-Party across all affiliated brands where required.
- monitor sales patterns of live campaigns to determine if new dates should be added to the calendar to increase sales.
- Continually reviewing and updating product offering to ensure margins and customer experience are maximised.
**What we are looking for**:
- A genuine passion for all things travel and a strong background in itinerary design.
- You will have previous experience of developing and delivering a sales strategy focused on the touring sector
- With a history of proactively growing relationships with suppliers you'll be adept at being able to clearly show the advantages of partnering with Luxury Escapes
- A strong capacity for deal making and entrepreneurial flair
- The capacity to work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders that have a "deliver brilliantly" and "get it done" mentality.
- A commercially minded salesperson with a reputation of delivering strong results for their partners
- Someone that understands the importance of reporting and accurate record keeping
