The business specialises in selling products such as excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, graders, rollers, and dozers, suited to the civil construction and earthmoving industries.

**Position**

The role has the below responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and grow the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers and prospects
- Conduct regular product demonstrations and equipment presentations
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences and events to promote the company's products and services
- Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback and market trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

This role will be entirely WHF and can be based anywhere in the wider Sydney region.

- Previous experience in a similar role selling capital equipment (construction machinery
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment, industry trends, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
