We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team on a permanent full time basis. You will manage high risk/ complex cases end to end and draw your experience to provide expert advice and guidance to the team to ensure matters are resolved in an efficient and professional manner.

Some key tasks you will be working on include:

- End to end management of high-risk complex cases
- Conduct confidential workplace investigations relating to team member grievances and disciplinary matters including, but not limited to grievances of harassment and discrimination
- Work collaboratively with ER Operations team to provide specialist advice
- Assist in negotiations, bargaining process and Enterprise agreement delivery
- Work with business leaders to provide advice on matters relating to policies, procedures, industrial instruments, employment risks and concerns

**We are looking for**:

- Proven experience in IR/ER within a complex organisation
- Sound knowledge of workplace legislations, regulations, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Ability to manage highly confidential information and personal matters in a professional manner
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline
