**About You**

You would like to combine your success and experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Service, with your passion for natural health & wellness. Determined to succeed, you have a "can do" positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation. Your ability to work proactively is complimented by your exceptional time management and organizational skills. You live and breathe health and wellness, and have an excellent knowledge of clean, plant-based products and ingredients.

100% Australian & family owned, our brands include VITUS ‘Wholefood Nutrition’ and QSILICA ‘Beauty from Within’, which are both fully owned company brands. We are the exclusive national distribution partner for Australian Bush Flower Essences, Biokap Hair Colours, Absolute Essential Oils, Watson & Son and TAKU Manuka Honey Brands and Sven's Island therapeutic skincare. We also have exciting plans to launch additional exciting new brands and products in 2024, and beyond.

**About the role**

Based exclusively at our vibrant Fitzroy office that includes an onsite gym/wellness centre and cafe, this is a permanent, full-time role - 38 hours per week.

Working closely with likeminded team members, your key responsibilities will include:

- Proactively adding value, focused on **increasing sales and product distribution **to our existing customer base
- Drive and manage a **‘New Business Development’ **HIT LIST, via identifying and targeting potential new ‘retail’ and ‘online’ customers in new and existing channels
- Providing a **‘first class’ Planet Health customer experience** for all customer interactions
- **Relationship, Sales & Business development **across our established customer base, inclusive of managing your own sales territory
- Professional **phone and video communication** to encourage customer engagement & commitment
- A focus on the **successful sell in** of new brands, products and promotions

In addition to your obvious skillset and experience you will display the following:

- Proficient in **MS Office and CRM platforms** (experience with Access Attaché, Opmetrix or Shopify is an advantage).
- **Experience in the natural health, wellness & beauty industry **and an alignment and understanding of the benefits of a **plant-based lifestyle**

**About the opportunity and your rewards**

An overall salary package consisting of base salary, plus the potential to earn bonuses and incentives is offered, rewarding you for the achievement of key sales targets and objectives.

You will also be recognised with staff vouchers for free product on your birthday and employment anniversaries. In addition, you will benefit from a generous staff discount offered on our entire range of amazing products.

As a key member of our team, you will enjoy working with our talented, experienced, professional, and friendly team of like-minded people. Reporting directly to our General Manager you will embrace and benefit from the support and direction provided, which will include initial and ongoing sales and product training.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
