Victorian International Academy is a Registered Training Organisation and since 2010, has been delivering government funded courses and quality training services to students who qualify from Victoria and overseas.
Their skills, knowledge and industry experience are continually up to date by participating in a wide range of professional development activities, giving our students exposure to current industry practice.
VIA has a wide range of activities in addition to the VIA Group's education sector such as VIA Care and Victorian Home and Community Care (Registered NDIS providers).
RTO Administrator to join operations team in Fitzroy.
This is a Full-Time position for an experienced RTO Administrator who has excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail, is self - motivated and strives to achieve their best in providing effective administration support to our Training.
Key responsibilities:
- Process student enrolments from start to finish, related to the appropriate funding level and using multiple computer systems
- Liaise with Trainer Assessors to ensure student information is complete; compliant; accurate; processed within the relevant guidelines; and as per contractual obligations
- Ensure enrolment and completion processes meets compliance requirements
- Ensure data entry accuracy and integrity of all students records
- Ensure all employer invoices and student invoices are in alignment to contractual requirements
- Overseeing the accuracy and currency of student information and data in our Student Management System, Wisenet
- Liaise with internal, external stakeholders when requested
- To maintain all records in a correct and accessible manner so as to provide accurate information for compliance
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Have previous experience in an administration role, preferably from an RTO background.
- Have experience with converting enquiries into enrolments and sales.
- Be able to multitask and manage multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Experience with Wisenet (student management system) will be highly regarded.
- Experience or understanding around the Avetmiss Reporting, Skills First funding and CRICOS will be highly regarded.
- Student's eligibility as per Skills First Contract.
- PRISMS Knowledge will be an added advantage (but not essential)
Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
