**The role**:

- Registering and overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
- Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting/typing of correspondence, submissions and presentations
- Ensuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures such as the Management System
- Raising purchase orders for relevant goods including stationery, computer consumables etc
- Maintaining an effective filing/archiving system to ensure records and documents are suitably protected from damage and are readily available
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of supplier dockets
- Assist with matching invoices and support documents for creditor claims
- Liaise with team members to ensure all costs are processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with finance timetable
- Responsible for the process of Purchase Requisitions and Discretionary spending processes

- Advising sub-contractors, managers and engineers of administrative requirements of the Project
- Managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes

**To be successful you must possess the following**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is **ESSENTIAL.**:

- **Must have **experience in JDE
- Sound Excel skills
- Strong communication to liaise with the teams
- Reliable with a strong and proven work ethic
