- Supplier Relationship Management: Support category teams in driving supplier performance, fostering collaboration, and identifying joint business opportunities.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Promote Responsible Sourcing, increase Diverse Supplier Spend, and address Emissions concerns. Technology Integration: Engage in end-to-end design, assess System choices, and explore E-solutions for Procurement efficiency.**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong Commercial and Strategic Acumen, with a focus on driving business objectives.
- Proven ability to network externally and research industry best practices, innovations, and policies.
- A continuous improvement mindset, adept at challenging the status quo and identifying optimal solutions.
- Extensive Managerial Experience, with 8+ years in commercial roles, preferably within a Centre of Excellence (COE) environment and ideally within FMCG and Procurement sectors.
- Exceptional project management skills, demonstrated through successful management of large-scale projects and the ability to influence strategy through best practices collaboration.
